Refund Policy

Since Klothz works with Cash on Delivery (COD) in Morocco:

• Payment is made upon delivery of your order.

• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 3 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging.

• Refunds are done either by replacement or by bank/postal transfer once the returned item is received.
